Functional Masterbatch

Optical Brightener (OB) Additive is used to add in polymers for the function of reducing yellowing, improving whiteness, and enhancing the brightness for polymers. This Additive contains highly concentrated Brightener chemicals which improve whiteness and bring bright look for finished products. In addition, the use of this Additive gives smooth and glossy surface of film.

Anti-block masterbatch is a specialized additive concentrate used in plastic film production to prevent the adhesion or "blocking" of film layers during storage, processing, or end-use. By incorporating fine mineral or organic particles (such as silica, talc, or diatomaceous earth) into a polymer carrier, it creates micro-roughness on the film surface, allowing air to circulate between layers and reducing unwanted sticking.
