Product Description:

The modified transparent powder is produced from carefully selected anhydrous sodium sulfate ore. Through advanced grinding, drying, and in-line surface treatment, the material is processed into ultrafine powder with excellent dispersion and low moisture content, then automatically packed in moisture-protected 25 kg bags.

Due to its ultrafine particle size and refractive index close to most polymer resins, the powder is widely used in transparent masterbatch production as a cost-effective partial replacement for virgin polymers. It is especially suitable for ABA blown film applications, where high loading levels can be applied in the B layer of HDPE and LDPE/LLDPE films while maintaining good transparency, gloss, and balanced mechanical properties, significantly reducing material costs.

Notes: Due to Sodium Sulfate chemical properties, powder will come out of the final application product in high humidity environments in long run, and the final product surface will be likely frosted, so it is strongly recommended to use in ABA extrusions to reduce this negative result by the A layer coverage protection.

Blow Film: T2000/T4000/T6000/T8000, content in the made Transparent Masterbatch need to be less than 80-83%. The more mesh size, the less powder content, for achieving better dispersion performance. For example, T2000 powder content 80%, Virgin LLDPE (recommend MI>50) plus additives content 20%. The made masterbatch can be dosage in B layer of ABA HDPE film up to 50-70% with good performance.

Others: T1250/T1500 is fine enough for injection, blow molding or sheets and hollowing.

ABA extrusion is still the priority option.
